We scoured the internet and tested several recipes to find the best oven-baked pork chops. These are super easy to make and turn out perfect every time!

Finding a great pork chop marinade for oven is hard.

There are so many recipes to choose from and they all seem like they would be delicious, but which one is the best? That’s why we decided to do some research and find the perfect recipe for you.

1.Boneless pork chops

I have been making pork chops the same way for years and they always turn out delicious.

The secret is in the marinade.

I start by pouring a little bit of olive oil into a shallow dish.

I then add a couple of tablespoons of Worcestershire sauce, a pinch of salt, and a dash of pepper.

I mix everything together and then add the pork chops.

I let them sit in the marinade for about an hour before cooking them.

The result is a juicy, flavorful pork chop that goes great with a variety of sides.

2.Olive oil

Olive oil is a great ingredient to use when marinating pork chops because it helps to keep the meat juicy and flavorful.

It also has a high smoke point, which means that it can be used to cook the pork chops at a high temperature without the oil burning.

One of the most important things to remember when using olive oil as a marinade is to use enough of it.

The meat should be completely coated in the oil to ensure that it is fully flavored and moist.

If you are using a bland olive oil, you may want to add some additional seasonings to the meat to help to enhance the flavor.

When cooking pork chops in the oven, it is important to use a hot oven temperature and to cook the meat for a sufficient amount of time to ensure that it is fully cooked.

The pork chops should be cooked until they have reached an internal temperature of 145 degrees Fahrenheit to ensure that they are safe to eat.

3.Salt

Sometimes you just want a simple recipe for a great tasting pork chop.

This is one of those recipes.

A great tasting, juicy and tender pork chop with a crispy, salty, herbed crust.

This recipe is a very easy one, you can have it prepped and ready to go into the oven in less than 10 minutes, then just let the oven do its thing for 20-30 minutes.

The results are fantastic.

I use thick cut pork chops because they will retain more of their natural juices and stay juicier and more tender than thinner ones.

You can use whatever pork chops you have available though.

Just adjust your cooking time accordingly if using thinner chops.

The marinade for these pork chops is very basic.

Just some good quality extra virgin olive oil, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

The simplicity of it is what makes it so good in my opinion.

4.pepper

The Best Pork Chop Marinade for the Oven – 4. Pepper

Over the years, I have tried many different pork chop marinades, and this is by far the best one! The combination of the brown sugar, ketchup, and mustard creates a wonderful crispy coating on the outside of the pork chop, while the apple cider vinegar and chicken broth give a nice flavor and tenderness to the meat.

I like to use this marinade for both boneless and bone-in pork chops.

To use this marinade, simply combine all of the ingredients together in a large bowl or zip-top bag.

Add the pork chops and make sure they are fully coated in the marinade.

Let the pork chops marinate for at least an hour, or up to 24 hours.

When you are ready to cook the pork chops, preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.

Transfer the pork chops to a baking dish or sheet pan, making sure to keep the excess marinade.
