Garlic mashed potatoes

To make bacon wrapped green beans:
- Preheat oven to 400ºF/204ºC
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or foil for easy cleanup
- Lay out your bacon strips on the prepared baking sheet so they overlap slightly, but don’t crowd each other too much.
- You want them all touching each other, but if you’re using thick cut bacon like we did then you can place the strips closer together than if you were using thinner cuts of meat.
- We laid down about 1/2 inch between each slice of meat; just eyeball it until it looks good!
- Place in oven for 15 minutes until crispy browned (or longer if desired).
- Turn off heat when done cooking and let sit until cool enough to handle safely before removing from pan (this will prevent burning yourself while handling hot grease).
- Remove from pan onto paper towels lined plate by placing one hand under parchment paper while lifting with other hand holding plate in place underneath dish while flipping over onto serving platter.
Corn on the cob
