What’s the point in buying expensive meat when you can get store-bought smoked pork chops for less?

All you need are some potatoes, onions, carrots, salt pepper, garlic powder, and butter.
A little bit of prep work goes a long way when it comes to cooking these delicious meaty meals at home.
Lastly, I will tell you how to make any pork chop taste delicious.
All you need are a couple of spices and some oil.
First, cut the fat off the top of your chop.
Then sprinkle salt and pepper on it and rub them in with your hands.
Next, put about 1 tablespoon of canola oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat for about 3 minutes until they start to sizzle.
Put both sides down into the hot pan for 2 minutes on each side, then take out onto a paper towel-lined plate or rack so all excess grease drains off.
